If a formula does not meet your expectations, simply initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
